Numerous walking routes and cycling tours will take you to some of Flander’s best preserved natural scenes and beautiful countryside. Moreover, the Belgian Coast is only a half hour drive away and certainly worth a visit.

The cottage is ideally located to enjoy the beautiful natural beauty of The Westhoek: strolling in low lying meadows, sailing in a whisper boating or kayaking on the River Yzer. The nearby nature reserve De Blankaart or a little further the rolling hills of Westouter and its surroundings are certainly worth a visit.
